One Time Registration

1st, please provide your email address to digital@rosannaphotoclub.com

If this is your first time using the new entry service, go to Logging in for the First Time.  Logon using your email address you have provided, select Rosanna Photo Club as the organisation from the drop down list.

If you are a current club member and are registered for this service, you will receive your password via email in a few minutes, at which time you can use the Competition Entry Procedure below.

If you logon to the second page, and get an ‘Unregistered Email’ response, please contact the Digital Competition Steward (email to digital@rosannaphotoclub.com) and they will register your email address and name in the system, as well as answer any questions regarding this process.

Competition Entry Procedure

After the one time registration, go to http://www.photocontestpro.com/

Login with your email address, and password obtained in the One Time Registration process, and select Rosanna Photo Club as the Organisation.

At any time, you may change the password from the one the system assigned to you.  Do this as soon as you login, using the Set Passwords function.  Store this password in a safe place.  If you forget your password, you can request the system to email it to you.

There are now two ways you can upload your images; the original method of ‘Upload Pictures (Old)’ or by using the new method ‘Upload Pictures’.  The choice is yours, but I recommend the new  method ‘Upload Pictures’.

Upload Pictures (new method)

Using this method to upload your images, may require you to install a small application (Microsoft Silverlight) on your PC. Instructions on how to do this will come up on the screen, if you do not already have this program installed.

The procedure on how to upload your images is straight forward from here:

1.       Select the contest you wish to enter from those available on the left side of the screen.

2.       Either click on, or drag a picture to the New Picture (or drop here) button.  Files can be dragged from most applications.

3.       Add a title for the image

4.       Type in you name

5.       Click on Save Picture and Info to complete the upload

Images can be deleted if you change your mind by highlighting your image and pressing the Delete This Picture button

This software and process has been designed to work with all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer etc), but knowing how computers and software behave, sometimes, you may experience issues.  If you do have issues with accessing the website as detailed above, try another browser.
